Loved by almost 40 past retreaters who discovered a transformative refuge from the everyday hustle.

Living simply isn’t about deprivation—it’s about creating more space for what truly matters.

It allows you to slow down, be present, and feel a deeper sense of ease, clarity, and fulfillment.

To me savoring simplicity means finding joy in simpler pleasures—like a cup of tea, a sunset, or a deep breath.

It’s the opposite of constant striving where I find myself going from one thing to the next.

I experience simplicity when I take intentional pauses…

…pauses where I rest deeply, move mindfully, journal and connect to the beauty of nature and uplifting humans.

These are the activities that ground me in the present moment and nourish my soul.

The more I live simply, the more joy and fulfillment I feel in life. It fuels my inner reserve allowing me to carry out my daily responsibilities with more ease and flow.

Savoring simplicity should be simple… but it’s hard.

It’s hard because let’s face it.. modern life is designed for the opposite. It’s full of speed, productivity and constant stimulation. We’re conditioned to chase more…

We’re required to crush goals, chase dreams, take care of our loved ones and invest in personal growth day in and day out. It’s no surprise that slowing down to just be seems like a luxury, when in reality, it is the necessity.

That’s why setting aside a few uninterrupted days to retreat into a simpler living is so beneficial. It’s the gift you give to create more space for what truly nourishes you.

If you long to savor simplicity in your life, then Shawna and I have just the right thing for you.

It’s our Savor Simplicity retreat!

What They Said…

“I’ve been a “yogi” for more than 20 years and have attended a ton of retreats, and I’ve also facilitated different groups and experiences over the years. I can confidently and objectively say that Amy and Shawna create such a beautiful, authentic container for people to retreat and be themselves, have their own deep experience… and also connect with others.”

– Scott T.

“I found the retreat to be a perfect blend of time spent with incredibly kind, present, open-hearted people and time in quiet reflection. Through diverse yoga classes and many movement practices, natural surroundings that nourished and inspired, and making new friends, this was truly a beautiful experience for a first-time yoga retreater! Shawna and Amy are the best facilitators I could ever imagine!”
