1:1 Embodied Coaching sessions look a little something like this…
We check-in, notice what’s arising in the moment and what you need for that day’s session
Then we celebrate the heck out of you and your wins, big or small!
A relaxed, confidential conversation that allows you to share anything on your mind, uncover where you might be innocently getting in your own way, and find fresh thinking (or insight) which changes the game every time.
Then, embodied integration through nurturing movement (yoga, somatic movement, qigong) to relax your nervous system and center you squarely in your wellbeing.
If appropriate, I will offer journal prompts and/or meditation.
Clients experience deep, life-changing shifts.
Let go of outdated stories and limiting beliefs.
Feel more at home and at ease in themselves, more powerful and confident.
When you integrate and embody these changes,
you transform from the inside out!
What’s Included:
Ten private Embodied Coaching sessions (60 minutes)
Sessions may be a blend of movement and coaching, or we can focus on one practice/modality. I’ll always meet you where you’re at that day.
One Visioning session: we’ll dream and sketch out your personal journey to long-term wellbeing! (60 minutes)
We’ll do a deep dive to envision how you want to feel, and then outline your authentic intentions
Access to Movement (is) Medicine weekly classes :
Weekly movement classes - an uplifting elixir of deep breathing, grounding yoga, flowing qigong, joyful dancing and relaxing meditation.
Access to a fun, kind-hearted community of health-seekers and movement-obsessives
