Amy Soucy, E-RYT
Yoga & Mindfulness Facilitator, Transformational Coach, & catalyst for Women’s Wellbeing
Amy is an unapologetic advocate for individual and collective wellbeing. She helps high-achieving, multi-passionate humans reclaim their physical, mental and spiritual vibrancy, and tap into their own deep well of wisdom and wellbeing.
Nothing gives her more satisfaction than helping frazzled humans "lean out," slow down, and focus on self-care, and discover they have all they need inside them already.
Amy has been teaching yoga, leading retreats and facilitating mindfulness experiences for 20 years. She has certifications in the Integral and Anusara methods of yoga, along with extensive training in mindfulness meditation, transformational life coaching, and a range of healing somatic movement practices.
She effortlessly weaves all of these modalities together to help her clients relieve chronic pain, depression and burnout, and live with more clarity, confidence and grace. Her mission is to help you see who you really are - a part of the great whole, and a human BEing connected brimming with all the peace, potential and wisdom of the Universe!
Amy is also an award-winning singer-songwriter and recording artist who believes that creativity, self-expression, and mind-body awareness go hand-in-hand on the path to inner freedom and deep wellbeing.

Amy’s teaching is balanced, fun, relaxing and physically expansive. I often leave feeling loose and rag-doll-like because the tension of the week is gone!

What I think really resonates is the fact that Amy is a real person while she teaches. There’s no air of righteous yoga teacher. People feel free to ask questions, ask for help, and are encouraged to create the class or experience they want. It’s a ‘come as you are today’ feel that makes her class relaxing and creates an atmosphere for students to challenge themselves without fear of judgement or failure.
