Movement (is) Medicine classes are designed to help you do that with ease!
No hunting around for classes on YouTube or confusing fitness apps.
No rushing to get to a gym or yoga studio – ALL classes are on Zoom.
No pushing and straining – just healthy, fun, transformative practices,
including yoga, qigong, dancing, meditation, and more!

What can these classes do for you?

  • Live Movement Medicine Classes every Tuesday & Friday @ 8am EDT)

    • An uplifting elixir of deep breathing, grounding yoga, flowing qigong, joyful dancing and relaxing meditation.

  • Replays are sent weekly

    • Catch up on any classes you miss and/or practice at a time that works for you (unlimited access for 6-months).

  • Monthly themes, prompts and recorded meditations

    • Super-charge your commitment to yourself at the start of each month by setting a personal intention and tuning into your innate wisdom with meditation.
