World Famous Champagne Snorkel ~ Champagne reef is part of the protected Soufriere Scotts Head Marine Reserve. Underground volcanic activity seeps through the ocean floor, then is cooled by sea waves and rises in a line of bubbles creating a memorable snorkelling experience. Fan coral, turtles and a variety of tropical fish are often sighted
Roseau Market & Trafalgar Falls – Experience one of the last remaining traditional markets in all of the Caribbean with its vibrant array of local fruits, vegetables and more. Explore the Botanical Gardens and enjoy panoramic views of the capital and surrounding coastline at Morne Bruce. Continue to the famous twin waterfalls Trafalgar in Trois Piton National Park.
Fresh Water Lake & Titou Gorge both sites are located in the Morne Trois Pitons National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The Fresh Water Lake is one of two lakes formed by volcanic craters. Enjoy the views of volcanic peaks all around and the often-misty setting. After the hike, take a short drive to Laudat and a 5-minute walk to Titou Gorge. A short swim through a series of natural “rooms and ponds” formed by high cliff walls canopied by interlaced trees leading to a hidden waterfall. Part of the second “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie was filmed here, when captain Jack and his crew were trying to escape from the tribe and fell into this gorge.

LOVE FROM PAST RETREATERS

The two of you together create magic! You are both so genuinely nurturing and kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for offering this and for your energy and love given throughout. I’m so thankful that the universe and my intuition led me to find you."

I've been a "yogi" for more than 20 years and attended a ton of retreats. I've also facilitated different groups and experiences over the years. I can confidently and objectively say that Amy and Shawna create such a beautiful, authentic container for people to retreat and be themselves, have their own deep experience... and also connect with others.

I found the retreat to be a perfect blend of time spent with incredibly kind, present, open-hearted people, and time in quiet reflection. Through diverse yoga classes and movement practices, natural surroundings that inspired, and new friends, this was truly a beautiful experience for a first-time retreater! Shawna and Amy are the best facilitators I could ever imagine!
