When you make time to BE in your body, when you tune in and listen to what it needs…

When you relax your busy, whirling, noisy mind and create a feel-good state through movement…

It creates powerful shifts that:

  • Help you find clarity and see fresh possibilities 

  • Make you feel more aware and alive

  • Allow you to let go of tension and say goodbye to overwhelm

  • Lift your "elevator of consciousness" up from the basement and help you see a much broader perspective.

And it doesn’t matter WHAT you do, the point is JUST DO IT every day, 15 minutes or more.

Skip through the grocery store! Do hip circles in your backyard! 

Call some friends, jump on Zoom and dance to 3 songs like no one’s watching! 

Or walk, run, do yoga, stretch, ride your bike, swim, dance, hike… whatever you like! 

Just find what feels good to YOU, and prioritize moving your body every day of the challenge

2) MOVE YOUR BODY

Just get your body moving for 15 minutes per day… or more! It’s totally up to you. 

  • There are no Good or Bad, Shouldn’ts or Should’s in this challenge. 

  • Just set 15 minutes aside each day to connect to your body and MOVE!

  • Move in ways that make YOU feel connected, grounded, present and alive. 

  • And don’t forget to appreciate your beautiful body and all it can do.

3) JOIN THE FB GROUP & CELEBRATE! 

Join the Unshakeable Group on FB! Post a picture, write a post about your movement adventure, and cheer someone else on!
